"Chapter 2" (or "Episode 102") is the second episode of the House of Cards (season 1), first season of the American political thriller drama series ''House of Cards (U.S. TV series), House of Cards''. It premiered on February 1, 2013, when it was released along with the rest of the first season on the American streaming service Netflix. Kevin Kilner
Kevin Kilner (born May 3, 1958) is an American television and film actor. Life and career Kilner was born in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of Dorothea, a kindergarten teacher, and Edward Kilner, who worked in advertising sales and insurance. He went to Dulaney High School in Baltimore County. He made his first television appearance on an episode of ''The Cosby Show'' in 1989.
