In 2015, the station was sold from Hapa Media Properties, LLC to LocusPoint Networks and quietly went dark. Innovate owns and operates 251 television stations, 248 of which are low-power facilities (with 39 as Class A licenses) and three of which operate as full-service facilities. These stations span across 112 designated market areas in the United States ranging from as large as New York, New York, to as small as Quincy, Illinois, and Traverse City, Michigan. These stations have no local operations and rely almost entirely upon outsourced programming from third parties or the 24-hour feeds of digital multicast television networks for content. KUIL-LD (channel 12.5) is a low-power television station in Beaumont, Texas, United States, affiliated with MyNetworkTV. It is owned by Tegna Inc. alongside dual ABC/ NBC affiliate KBMT (channel 12). Both stations share studios along I-10/ US 69/ US 96/ US 287 in Beaumont, while KUIL-LD's transmitter is located in Mauriceville, Texas. KUIL-LD formerly had a translator, K27JJ-D, in Warren.
