Central Pattana Public Company Limited ( th, เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา จำกัด (มหาชน), ) is Thailand's largest retail property development and investment company. It is a business unit under its parent, the Central Group. Central Pattana was founded as Central Plaza Co., Ltd. on 17 June 1980 with registered capital of 300 million baht by Central Group, the Tejapaibul family, Saha Union Group, and minor shareholders. Robinson Department Store is a Thai owned department store. It was established in 1979 and was merged with Central Group in 1995. It is positioned as a mid-market retailer. The company, Robinson Public Company Limited, was registered in the stock exchange of Thailand in 1992 under the ticker . It is listed on the SET50 index. The company and its subsidiaries operate department stores under the Robinson brand and shopping centers under Robinson Lifestyle brand. Tops is a grocery chain in Thailand. Co-founded by the then-parent of U.S.-based Tops Markets LLC, the chain is operated under the name Tops Supermarket in Thailand by Central Food Retail, a subsidiary of Central Retail Corporation.
