Catford Bridge Railway Station
Catford Bridge railway station is on the Mid-Kent Line, serving Hayes line trains from London to Hayes. It lies between Ladywell and Lower Sydenham stations, from and in Travelcard Zone 3. It is adjacent to (and on a lower level than) Catford railway station (from which it is separated by the former Catford Stadium site) on the Catford Loop line. The station entrance is on Catford Road, a part of the South Circular Road (A205), and has brick buildings on both platforms, though the up side building is no longer in use by the railway. The station is managed by Southeastern, who operate all trains serving it. Addiscombe Railway Station
Addiscombe railway station was a terminus to the east of central Croydon, on Lower Addiscombe Road between Hastings Road and Grant Road. The East India Way housing development stands on the site. History Opened by the Mid-Kent Railway, it was part of the South Eastern Railway, which became part of the Southern Railway at the Grouping of 1923. Addiscombe station was built with three platforms with extensive canopies, a fairly large station building and concourse, but the station was slowly run down after the Second World War. After nationalisation in 1948 the line became part of the Southern Region of British Railways. In 1956 platform 3 was closed and removed, and the goods yard closed in 1968. London Buses Route 75
London Buses route 75 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. Running between Croydon and Lewisham station, it is operated by Selkent, Stagecoach London. History Route 75 commenced operating on 15 December 1912 as a daily route between the Woolwich Ferry and South Croydon operated by Thomas Tilling, Tillings Bus Company. The route was acquired by the London General Omnibus Company and extended from Croydon to Caterham Valley. In 1950, route 75 worked from Woolwich Ferry by way of Charlton, London, Charlton, Blackheath, London, Blackheath and Lee Green. AEC Regent III RT buses were used.
