TikTok, known in China as Douyin (), is a short-form video hosting service owned by the Chinese company ByteDance. It hosts user-submitted videos, which can range in duration from 15 seconds to 10 minutes. TikTok is an international version of Douyin, which was released in the Chinese market in September 2016. Jacki Lyden (born ) is an American journalist and author of the memoir, ''Daughter of the Queen of Sheba'' (1999). Early life and education Lyden grew up in Delafield and Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, the eldest of three daughters.
