Carlos Sánchez Ruiz (born 16 January 1989) is a Spanish Association football, football psychologist, Coach (sport), coach and Scout (sport), scout, who is the current assistant manager of AD Alcorcón. Career Born in Jerez de la Frontera, Province of Cádiz, Cádiz, Andalusia, Sánchez started his career with Xerez CD in 2011, as a sporting psychologist of the youth setup, while also being an assistant coach of the ''Juvenil B'' squad. He was an assistant of Xerez CD B, the reserves during the 2012–13 season, before joining Sevilla FC as an assistant of Sevilla FC C, the C-team. On 17 July 2014, Sánchez returned to Xerez after being appointed manager of the ''Juvenil'' side.
