Canton Of Baugy
The Canton of Baugy is a former canton in the Cher département and in the Centre region of France. It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation effective in March 2015. It consisted of 17 communes, which joined the canton of Avord in 2015. It had 11,526 inhabitants in 2012.Populations légales 2012: 18 Cher

Farges-en-Septaine () is a commune in the Cher department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. Geography A farming area comprising the village and a couple of hamlets bordered by the banks of both the Villabon and Yèvre rivers, some east of Bourges, at the junction of the D98, D66 and the D36 roads. Much of the infrastructure of Avord Air Base is contained within the southern part of the commune. Savigny-en-Septaine is a commune in the Cher department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. Geography A farming area comprising a village and a few hamlets situated about southeast of Bourges, at the junction of the D976 with the D46 and the D66 roads. The village lies on the left bank of the river Airain, which flows north through the middle of the commune, then flows into the Yèvre, which forms part of the commune's northern boundary. History During the summer 1944, in a farm of the village occurred the Tragedy of the Guerry's wells. It designates the massacre of 36 Jews by French militiamen.
