Cameron Lawrence (racing Driver)
Cameron Lawrence (born August 7, 1992 in Orlando, Florida) is an American professional racing driver and 2015 North American Endurance Cup (NAEC) champion in the GTD class in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Racing career Lawrence began his professional racing career in 2011, where he drove for Miller Racing in the SCCA Trans-Am Series TA2 Class and finished third in his debut race at Road Atlanta. In 2013, Lawrence competed in the Trans-Am Series with Miller Racing in a Dodge Challenger in the TA2 Class where he claimed victory in eight of the championship's ten rounds en route to his first professional championship. At 21 years old, Lawrence also became the youngest champion in the Trans-Am Series' entire history. For 2014, Lawrence took an additional seven wins and a second-straight TA2 class championship with Miller Racing. Dominik Farnbacher (born 26 September 1984 in Ansbach) is a German sports car racing driver, and currently an SRT factory driver, driving an SRT Viper GTS-R in the Tudor United SportsCar Championship. Career After beginning his career in karting, Farnbacher competed in Formula BMW Junior in 2001, finishing 9th in the championship. The Michelin Pilot Challenge is a grand touring and touring car racing series run by the International Motor Sports Association. Originating from the Canadian Motorola Cup, the series was taken over by Grand-Am in 2001 to become the Grand-Am Cup following the demise of rival IMSA's Firehawk series of similar rules in the US. A Daytona Prototype is a type of sports prototype racing car developed specifically for the Grand American Road Racing Association's Rolex Sports Car Series as their top class of car, which replaced their main prototype racing class, specifically Le Mans Prototypes (LMPs). The 64th Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh from Florida was an endurance sports car racing event held at Sebring International Raceway near Sebring, Florida from 16 to 19 March 2016. The race was the second round of the 2016 IMSA SportsCar Championship, as well as the second round of the North American Endurance Cup. It was the final time that the original Daytona Prototypes participated in the race, as, for 2017, they were replaced with the new DPi cars. Marc Goossens, nicknamed The Goose (born 30 November 1969), is a Belgian professional racing driver that currently competes in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series, driving the No. 14 Chevrolet Camaro for SpeedHouse in the EuroNASCAR PRO class.
