Callum Eddie Graham Wilson (born 27 February 1992) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Newcastle United and the England national team. Early life Wilson was born in Coventry, West Midlands. He is of Jamaican, and Irish descent. He attended President Kennedy School in Coventry. Club career Coventry City Wilson started his career with Coventry City's academy. He made his first-team debut on 12 August 2009 as a substitute in a 1–0 League Cup defeat to Hartlepool United. He signed a professional deal, which saw him stay at the club for a further season, on 16 March 2010. Wilson became the first Coventry City youth teamer to win the national award for apprentice of the month in March 2010. Wilson made his league debut when he came on as a substitute against Queens Park Rangers in December 2010. Callum Wilson (Australian Footballer)
Callum Wilson (born 9 June 1988) is a former Australian rules footballer, who played with the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL), South Fremantle in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) and Port Adelaide Magpies in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). He was recruited by the West Coast Eagles with Pick 55 in the 2008 AFL Rookie Draft and impressed with his strong overhead marking and ability to play in key positions. He made his debut for the Eagles against Essendon in 2009, scoring two goals on debut. He played three more games for them that year. In the early part of 2010 he was unavailable for selection due to injury but bounced back through good form for South Fremantle in the WAFL to play the last three games of the season for the Eagles, including scoring seven goals in the last two games of the season. Callum Wilson (born 23 June 1999) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Scottish League Two club Dumbarton. Career Wilson began his career at Partick Thistle; he moved on loan to Elgin City in February 2019. After leaving Thistle, Wilson moved to Scottish League One side Dumbarton in January 2020. After making just five appearances for the club, he was released in July 2020, and signed for Albion Rovers later that month. Callum Wilson (born 29 February 2004) is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Championship side Sunderland. Born in England, he represents Northern Ireland at youth international level. Club career Wilson began his career playing Saturday league football for AFC Telford United's academy. In 2016, he moved to the youth setup at Derby County at under-13 level. Wilson remained with Derby until under-16 level when he made the move to League One club Shrewsbury Town. Wilson made his senior debut for the club, whilst a first-year scholar, on 5 October 2021, starting in an EFL Trophy match against Wolverhampton Wanderers U21s.
