Cameroon Radio Television
Cameroon Radio Television (CRTV) is a major radio and television broadcasting company in Cameroon. CRTV is a government-controlled radio and television service in Cameroon. It started as Cameroon Television (CTV) and later merged with the radio service to become known as CRTV. It covers all the ten regions of Cameroon rendering it the indomitable broadcaster amongst a number of private television stations in the country. Its coverage of events is generally viewed as pro-government. On 29 June 2016, Charles Ndongo was named new General Manager of CRTV by a presidential decree. He replaced Ahmadou Valmouke at a time when the country was on the verge of switching to a digital Television Platform. CRTV and the African Union of Broadcasting settled a dispute over fees for broadcasting the Africa Cup of Nations in Yaoundé in 2019. CreaTV San Jose (abbreviated CRTV) is a nonprofit organization based in San Jose, California, United States, that broadcasts several public-access television channels in San Jose and the surrounding Silicon Valley area. Under federal law, CreaTV receives a share of the gross revenue of local cable franchisees Comcast and AT&T, which amounted to $ in 2009. History CreaTV was founded on June 22, 2008, to take over San Jose community television from Comcast Cable, which for at least 15 years had made their 10th Street studio available for public access. Open University Of China
The Open University of China () was established in Beijing in 1979. It formerly known as China Central Radio and TV University (中央广播电视大学 or 中央电大), which reflects its heritage of providing a system of higher education through radio and television. The university is directly under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. The current president is Dr. Ge Daokai, Sun Lüyi, Li Linshu and Yan Bing are vice presidents, and Zhang Hui is party secretary of the university. Currently, most courses are blended between face-to-face sessions and online/distance learning. It operates through 44 provincial radio and television universities (PTVUs), 279 prefectural/civic branch schools and 625 district/county work stations.
