C.I.D. (Singaporean TV Series)
C.I.D. (刑警2人组) is a Singaporean police drama which aired in 2006 on MediaCorp Channel 8. The series debuted in June 2006 and was screened on weekday nights at 9pm. It stars Tay Ping Hui, Qi Yuwu, Apple Hong, Jeanette Aw, Ong Ai Leng, Brandon Wong and Zhang Yaodong as the cast of this series. The series was directed by Chong Liung Man (张龙敏) and starred Tay Ping Hui and Qi Yuwu in the main lead roles. Five years later, Chong would go on to direct award-winning police blockbuster ''C.L.I.F.'', which also features Tay and Qi in the main roles as colleagues in the CID. Rare for a locally produced drama, certain scenes were filmed on location outside Southeast Asia; there were several scenes which took place in Taiwan and were filmed in the country itself. Police Procedural

John Cheng
John Cheng Yeow Nam (also credited as Zhong Yao Nan; known in entertainment circle as Ah Nan or Ah Nam) (1961 – 22 January 2013) was a Singaporean actor and Getai compere who made his screen debut in ''Money No Enough'' and was most notable for his criminal figure roles in various media. '' Liang Po Po: The Movie'' was one of his most notable performances of a gangster figure. Romeo Tan
Tan Romeo (; born 9 April 1985) is a Singaporean actor, who has been named as one of the 8 Dukes of Caldecott Hill. Tan came into prominence after finishing in fourth place on the tenth season of the television series ''Star Search'' in 2010. Education Tan studied at Ngee Ann Secondary School and multimedia technology at ITE MacPherson. Acting career Romeo Tan made his television debut on the fourth season of '' Heartlanders'' in 2005. Chen Tianwen
Chen Tianwen (born 28 March 1963) is a Singaporean actor. Career Chen was educated at the now-defunct Serangoon Garden Secondary Technical School. He joined the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (now Mediacorp) after completing the 5th artiste drama training class and made his debut in 1984. He is contracted to Mediacorp, starring in many Chinese-language Singaporean dramas shown on MediaCorp Channel 8 since the 1990s. Yang Libing () is a former Singaporean Mediacorp actress. She was prominently a full-time artiste from 1983 to 2009. Career Yang first entered the entertainment industry during the 1984 after she attended the SBC's drama training course with her older sister Yang Lina. Alan Tern Yoke Cher (, born 31 March 1976) is a Singaporean actor. He was a full-time Mediacorp artiste from 2001 to 2011. Career Tern was a finalist in the 2001 Star Search Singapore, and he joined MediaCorp after the competition.
