Atlético Huila is a professional Colombian association football, football team based in Neiva, that currently plays in the Categoría Primera B. The club was founded in 1990, making it one of the youngest professional football clubs in Colombia. The club's best seasons came in the late 2000s; they finished runners-up in 2007 Categoría Primera A season, 2007 and again in 2009 Categoría Primera A season, 2009. They play their home games at the Estadio Guillermo Plazas Alcid, which has a capacity of 27,000. Huila has a long-standing rivalry with Deportes Tolima, known as the ''Tolima Grande'' derby. Guillermo Berrío
Luis Guillermo Berrío Gómez (11 April 1968 – 11 April 2021) was a Colombian football player and coach. Playing career Born in Amagá, Berrío began his career in 1988, playing for Envigado, Atlético Huila, Deportivo Pereira and Deportes Quindío, and winning four promotions throughout his career. He also played in Peru for Unión Minas and Juan Aurich. He retired in 2004, whilst a Deportivo Pereira player. 2020 Categoría Primera B Season
The 2020 Categoría Primera B season (officially known as the 2020 Torneo BetPlay Dimayor season for sponsorship reasons) was the 31st season of the Categoría Primera B since its founding as Colombia's second division football league. The tournament started on 31 January and ended on 26 December 2020, with Atlético Huila winning their third title in the competition after defeating Cortuluá in the finals. The competition was suspended from 13 March to 17 September due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Jaguares de Córdoba is a professional Colombian football team based in Montería, that plays in the Categoría Primera A. They play their home games at the Jaraguay stadium. History The team was created on December 5, 2012 at a meeting held by team president Nelson Soto Duque, the mayor of Montería, and the governor of Córdoba. In an initiative led by the Montería city hall and the Córdoba government, with support from local companies, an agreement was reached with the direction to move Sucre F.C. from Sincelejo to Montería from 2013 under the name Jaguares de Córdoba.
