Alt Porn
Alternative porn (also known as alt porn, alternaporn, or simply alt in context), a shortening of "alternative pornography", is a subgenre of pornography that is centered around alternative subcultures, such as goths, punks, emos, scenes, skaters or ravers, and is often produced by small and independent websites or filmmakers. It often features models with body modifications such as tattoos, piercings, or scarifications or temporary modifications such as dyed hair or extreme makeup. The term indie porn is occasionally used though this term is more generally used as a synonym for independent pornography, regardless of affinity with any kind of alternative subculture. Alternative Culture
Alternative culture is a type of culture that exists outside or on the fringes of mainstream or popular culture, usually under the domain of one or more subcultures. These subcultures may have little or nothing in common besides their relative obscurity, but cultural studies uses this common basis of obscurity to classify them as alternative cultures, or, taken as a whole, the alternative culture. Stephen Sayadian, also known as Rinse Dream, is a multi-talented artist who was active in the 1980s and 1990s. He was the advertising creative director for Larry Flynt Publications and an acclaimed art director & production designer responsible for some of the most iconic VHS box art covers and movie posters of the 1980’s before he wrote, produced, and directed underground films, including ''Nightdreams'' (1981), ''Café Flesh'' (1982), and Dr. Caligari (film), D''r. Caligari'' (1989). Career Sayadian began his career as a magazine satire, satirist, having submitted work to Mad (magazine), Mad Magazine, Marvel Comics, and National Lampoon (magazine), National Lampoon.
