The Chrysler Akino was a concept car created by Chrysler. The Akino was first shown at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show. The Akino was designed at Chrysler's Pacifica Studio in California and was named after the designer of the concept car, Akino Tsuchiya. Design The Akino was a design concept, as its engine was not tested. The Akino was designed as a modern and still artistic design for a subcompact car. It only has one door on the driver's side and two doors on the passenger's side although it has 1 suicide door. Inside, it has 4 seats and a trunk that opens upwards like most hatchbacks. The passenger doors open up in opposite directions , much like the Honda Element. The roof also features an interlocking form which could give out more headroom. The UNU Akino Memorial Research Fellowship is awarded for studies in the fields of human security and sustainable development in Central Asia and neighboring regions. It was instituted in 1999 in memory of Dr. , who was killed in July 1998 while on active service as a Civil Affairs Officer of the United Nations Mission of Observers in Tajikistan (UNMOT). The fellowship links the UNU-Akino Memorial Research Project on Central Asia and neighboring regions where Akino had an academic and professional interest. On an exceptional basis, fellowships can be awarded to nationals of Central Asian countries who study at a Japanese university. is a Japanese singer, songwriter, and lyricist for various anime theme songs and shows, including ''Record of Lodoss War'', ''Please Save My Earth'', ''Macross Plus'', ''Outlaw Star'', ''Kaze no Stigma'', ''Maoyu'', and '' Aria The Origination''. Fuku Akino
was a Japanese painter. She was born in Futamata, Iwata-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture (currently, Nimata Town, Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu City). She became known by her paintings of Indian themes, landscapes and peoples. Life and career Akino got a degree in teaching from Shizuoka's Normal School (current Shizuoka University Faculty of Education) in 1926. She taught classes at an elementary school, but quit after a year. Akino then went to Kyoto to learn Japanese-style painting (''Nihonga''), under the guidance of Suisho Nishiyama. In 1948, Akino left the Japan Fine Arts Exhibition and joined the Sozo Bijutsu (Creative Arts) group, together with Uemura Shoko and Fukuda Toyoshiro, seeking a renewal of Japanese art.
