Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Città di Marino Calcio or known as Città di Marino, was an Italian association football club, based in Marino, in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital (formerly Province of Rome), Lazio region. It was founded in 1993. The club folded in 2013 after the club merged with a local side in Monterotondo, and relocated there to form A.S.D. Monterotondo Calcio. Marino had played in 2011–12 Serie D and 2012–13 Serie D seasons. History Città di Marino was founded in 1993. The club was renamed from A.S.C. Marino Lepanto Onlus to A.S.D. Marino Res Blu in 2004, and then to A.S.D. Marino in 2005, and then to A.S.D. Città di Marino in 2008. A.S.D. Città di Marino was a repechage to 2010–11 Eccellenza Lazio season, as the runner-up of the promotion play-offs of . 2012–13 Serie D
The 2012–13 Serie D was the sixty-fifth edition of the top level Italian non-professional football championship. It represented the fifth tier in the Italian football league system. It consisted of 162 teams divided into nine 18-team divisions. Promotions The nine division winners are automatically promoted to Lega Pro Seconda Divisione 2013–14. Eccellenza Marche is the regional Eccellenza football division for clubs in the region of Marche, Italy. It comprises 16 teams. The winners of the Groups are promoted to Serie D. Coppa Italia Dilettanti
The Coppa Italia Dilettanti (Italian language, Italian for: Italian Amateurs Cup) is an annual knock-out competition for teams from the fifth and sixth levels of Football in Italy, Italian football: the Eccellenza and the Promozione. All ties except for the final, which is held at the Stadio Flaminio in Rome, are played on a home-and-away basis. The cup-winners are also awarded promotion to Serie D, the fourth-ranked league. Prior to the 1999–2000 season the competition also included teams from Serie D. There were then two parallel knockout competitions, one for ''Serie D'' teams and one for teams from the Eccellenza and Promozione, with the winners of each sub-tournament meeting in the final. Serie D
The Serie D () is the top level of semi-professional football in the country. The fourth tier of the Italian league system, the competition sits beneath the third professional league, Serie C. It is administered by the Lega Nazionale Dilettanti and is organized by the Roman ''Comitato Interregionale'' (Interregional Committee), a "league in the league" inside the LND. History In 1948 the three leagues running Division 3 (Serie C) had to be reorganized due to an ever-growing number of regional teams. FIGC decided not to relegate the excess teams to regional championships. 2011–12 Serie D
The 2011–12 Serie D was the sixty-fourth edition of the top level Italian non-professional Association football, football championship. It represented the fifth tier in the Italian football league system. It consisted of 168 teams divided into six 18-team divisions and three 20-team divisions. In the summer 2011 Montecchio Maggiore was readmitted in Serie D to the judgment of the High Court of Justice, that has transformed the score of Montebelluna-Este from 2–1 to 0–3, for infringement of the rule on under. And the last team admitted was Verbano, increasing the total number of teams to 168. On December 15, 2011 A.S.D.
