He Qi
He Qi (died 227), courtesy name Gongmiao, was a military general serving under the warlords Sun Ce and Sun Quan during the late Eastern Han dynasty, and later in the state of Eastern Wu during the early Three Kingdoms period of China. He was especially noted for his extravagance and preference for equipping his troops with flashy weapons, armour and well-decorated ships. At the same time, he was also adept in dealing with the Shanyue tribes in Sun Quan's territories, having quelled several local uprisings by them over the years. His achievements secured the stability of the inner lands of Jiangdong and provided a strong foundation for the development of the Eastern Wu state. His campaigns in southern China also set a precedent for other generals serving under Sun Quan, such as Bu Zhi and Lü Dai. Han Dang
Han Dang (died 227), courtesy name Yigong, was a military general serving under the warlord Sun Quan during the late Eastern Han dynasty and early Three Kingdoms period of China. He previously served under Sun Quan's predecessors – Sun Jian (Sun Quan's father) and Sun Ce (Sun Quan's elder brother). Life Han Dang was from Lingzhi County (), Liaoxi Commandery (), which is in present-day Qian'an, Hebei. He possessed great physical strength and was highly skilled in archery and horse riding. The warlord Sun Jian recognised his abilities and recruited him. Han Dang accompanied Sun Jian on his military exploits throughout the 180s until 191, from the Yellow Turban Rebellion to the campaign against Dong Zhuo. He was hardworking and made many contributions in battle. Gnaea Seia Herennia Sallustia Barbia Orbiana ( fl. 220s), usually known as Sallustia Orbiana, was a third century Roman empress, with the title of '' Augusta'' as the wife of Severus Alexander from AD 225 to 227. The emperor married her in late 225, following the death of his grandmother. Severus was around sixteen years of age at this time. She was known for her beauty, which was captured in multiple works of art. Xu Huang
Xu Huang () (died 227), courtesy name Gongming, was a Chinese military general serving under the warlord Cao Cao in the late Eastern Han dynasty of China. He later served in the state of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period under the first two rulers, Cao Pi and Cao Rui, before his death at the start of Cao Rui's reign. Zhuge Zhan
Zhuge Zhan (227–263), courtesy name Siyuan, was a military general and official of the state of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period of China. He was a son of Zhuge Liang, the first Imperial Chancellor of Shu. Early life When Zhuge Zhan was 16 years old, he married a Shu princess (a daughter of the Shu emperor Liu Shan) and was appointed as a Cavalry Commandant (騎都尉). Shi Hui (Three Kingdoms)
Shi Hui (165–227 CE), also known by his Vietnamese name Sĩ Huy, was an official of the state of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms period of China. Shi Hui was the third son of Shi Xie. Following his father's death in 226, he succeeded as the Administrator of Jiaozhi Commandery. The Wu emperor, Sun Quan, thought Jiaozhi was too far to control, so he split Jiaozhi into three Guangzhou, Jiaozhi and Jiaozhou. Lü Dai and Dai Liang (戴良) were appointed as Administrator of Guangzhou and Jiaozhou respectively. In the same time, Shi Hui was appointed as Administrator of Jiuzhen ordered to leave Jiaozhi, while Chen Shi (陳時), a close aide of Sun Quan, was to replace him as the Administrator of Jiaozhi. Seius Sallustius
Lucius Seius Herennius Sallustius (died 227 AD) was a Roman usurper in 227. He was a son of Seius (b. ca 155) and his wife Herennia Orbiana (b. ca 160), and paternal grandson of Publius Seius Fuscianus. Sallustius was father-in-law to Severus Alexander and was raised to the rank of Caesar probably when his daughter, Sallustia Orbiana, was wed to the emperor in 225. He made an attempt on the life of his son-in-law and as a result was executed two years later. His daughter was banished to Libya. Ardashir I (Middle Persian: 𐭠𐭥𐭲𐭧𐭱𐭲𐭥, Modern Persian: , '), also known as Ardashir the Unifier (180–242 AD), was the founder of the Sasanian Empire. He was also Ardashir V of the Kings of Persis, until he founded the new empire.
