The NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS), formerly known as Division I-AA, is the second-highest level of college football in the United States, after the Football Bowl Subdivision. Anthony "Paul Reno (born February 9, 1974) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach at Yale University, a position he has held since 2012. Early life and education A native of Oxford, Massachusetts, Reno graduated from Oxford High School (Massachusetts), Oxford High School in 1993. Later that year, he enrolled at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York, but soon transferred to Worcester State College in his home state of Massachusetts. Reno played football at the free safety position for the Worcester State Lancers football, Worcester State Lancers until 1996, under Brien Cullen. Reno graduated a year later in 1997. The 2018 Cal Poly Mustangs football team represented California Polytechnic State University in the 2018 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Philip D. Estes (born June 7, 1958) is an American college football coach and former player. He was the head football coach at Brown University from December 1997 until stepping down in November 2018. Estes compiled a 115-94 record during his tenure at Brown University. Eldo P. "Al" Bagnoli (born January 20, 1953) is an American football coach and former player. He was recently the head football coach at Columbia University, a position he assumed from 2015 until 2022. Bagnoli served as a head football coach at Union College in Schenectady, New York from 1982 to 1991 and at the University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 2014.
