Vidal Francisco Soberón Sanz
Admiral Vidal Francisco Soberón Sanz (born May 17, 1953) is a Mexican Navy officer who served as the Secretariat of the Navy (Mexico), Secretary of the Navy. Early life Admiral Soberón Sanz finished his primary and secondary studies in Mexico City and then in 1970 studied at the Heroica Escuela Naval Militar and graduated in 1975. Later Soberón Sanz made a vocational training specializing in Underwater Weapons, Diploma in Human Rights, Military MBA, Master in National Security, Staff Course, Naval War College USA. Soberón Sanz was appointed vice-admiral in 2009. Three years later, he became an admiral—the youngest ever in the Navy. José Antonio González Anaya
José Antonio González Anaya (born 7 June 1967) is a Mexican economist who served as the minister of finance and public credit of Mexico until November 30, 2018. Previously he served as CEO of PEMEX (''Petroleos Mexicanos'', Mexico's National Oil Company) and general director at the Mexican Social Security Institute (''Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social'', IMSS). Also at the Ministry of Finance in Mexico he was: Undersecretary of Revenue; Chief of Staff of the Minister and head of the Unit of Coordination with States; head of the Unit of Pensions, Insurance and Securities; and chief of staff of the undersecretary. José Narro Robles
José Narro Robles (born December 5, 1948 in Saltillo, Coahuila) is a Mexican researcher, academic, and politician. He is a former director of the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and was elected its 23rd Rector on November 20, 2007. After two 4-year periods leading UNAM, in February 2016, he was appointed by Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto to replace Mercedes Juan as head of the Mexican Secretariat of Health. Robles has enacted as adviser for the World Health Organization, WHO and UNICEF. He has been president of the National Academy of Medicine, of which he has been a member since 1992. The Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources (in Spanish: ''Secretaría del Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, SEMARNAT'') is Mexico's environment ministry. Its head, the Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources, is a member of the federal executive cabinet and is appointed by the President of Mexico.
