Admiral Vidal Francisco Soberón Sanz (born May 17, 1953) is a Mexican Navy officer who served as the Secretariat of the Navy (Mexico), Secretary of the Navy. Early life Admiral Soberón Sanz finished his primary and secondary studies in Mexico City and then in 1970 studied at the Heroica Escuela Naval Militar and graduated in 1975. Later Soberón Sanz made a vocational training specializing in Underwater Weapons, Diploma in Human Rights, Military MBA, Master in National Security, Staff Course, Naval War College USA. Soberón Sanz was appointed vice-admiral in 2009. Three years later, he became an admiral—the youngest ever in the Navy. Luis Videgaray Caso
Luis Videgaray Caso (born August 10, 1968) is a Mexican politician who served as the Secretary of Foreign Affairs from 2017 to 2018. Previously he was the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, also in the cabinet of Enrique Peña Nieto, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to Peña Nieto's victory in the elections, Videgaray was General Coordinator of his campaign for the 2012 Mexican presidential election. On July 11, 2012, Peña Nieto announced Videgaray as the person in charge of promoting the economic reforms and the government agenda's related topics, and on September 4, he named Videgaray as co-head of the team that set policy direction for the new government that took office on December 1, 2012. The Secretariat of the Treasury and Public Credit ( es, Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, SHCP) is the finance ministry of Mexico. Mercedes Martha Juan López (born 22 April 1943), is a Mexican doctor, member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party, has been a federal deputy and first female Secretary of Health between 1 December 2012 and 8 February 2016. Enrique Octavio de la Madrid Cordero (Mexico City, born 1 October 1962) is a lawyer, a public official, a columnist and Mexican politician. He is a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party.
