2012–13 Serbian SuperLiga
The 2012–13 Serbian SuperLiga (known as the Jelen pivo, Jelen SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons) was the seventh season of the Serbian SuperLiga since its establishment. The season began on 26 August 2012 and ended on 25 May 2013. A total of 16 teams contested the league, including 14 sides from the 2011–12 Serbian SuperLiga, 2011–12 season and two promoted from the 2011–12 Serbian First League. FK Partizan, Partizan successfully defended their title. Last two teams, FK BSK Borča, BSK Borča and FK Smederevo, Smederevo were relegated, while 14th team played play-off with 3rd placed team from 2012–13 Serbian First League. Teams FK Metalac Gornji Milanovac, Metalac and FK Borac Čačak, Borac Čačak were relegated to the 2012–13 Serbian First League after the last season for finishing in 16th and 15th place, respectively. Vojin Dimitrijević
Vojin Dimitrijević ( sr, Војин Димитријевић; 9 July 1932 – 5 October 2012) was a law professor, public intellectual, and a prominent Serbian human rights activist and international law expert. Biography Vojin Dimitrijević was born on 9 July 1932 in Rijeka (then in Italy, today in Croatia). In 1956 he graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where he also obtained his doctorate in 1965 and continued to work as a professor from 1960 until 1998. He was ordered to retire prematurely in 1998, while in the rank of full professor, due to his opposition to the newly passed and repressive Universities Act. Dimitrijević was the director of the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights, a Serbian non-governmental organisation opposed to the regime of Slobodan Milošević. Predrag Brzaković
Predrag "Peca" Brzaković (; 27 September 1964 – 14 September 2012) was a Serbian professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career After starting out at Radnički Beograd, Brzaković played for OFK Beograd in the Yugoslav Second League over the course of five seasons, before switching to Yugoslav First League side Vojvodina in the 1991 winter transfer window. Svetozar Gligorić (Serbian Cyrillic: Светозар Глигорић, 2 February 1923 – 14 August 2012) was a Serbian and Yugoslav chess grandmaster and musician. He won the championship of Yugoslavia a record twelve times, and is considered the best player ever from Serbia. In 1958, he was declared the best athlete of Yugoslavia. Miomir Vukobratović ( sr-cyr, Миомир Вукобратовић) (December 24, 1931 – March 11, 2012) was a Serbian mechanical engineer and pioneer in humanoid robots. Blagoje Adžić ( sr-Cyrl, Благоје Аџић, (); 2 September 1932 – 1 March 2012) was a Serbian colonel general who served as an acting Minister of Defence of the Yugoslavia government. Biography Adžić was born into a Serb family in the village of Pridvorica (near Gacko), Zeta Banovina, Kingdom of Yugoslavia in what is now Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
