2009–10 Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Basketball Season
The 2009–10 Atlantic Coast Conference men's basketball season was the 57th season for the league. Duke and Maryland shared the regular season crown, while Duke won the ACC Tournament championship. Greensboro Coliseum
The Greensboro Coliseum Complex, commonly referred to as Greensboro Coliseum (the first and biggest building on the site), is an entertainment and sports complex located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Opened in 1959, the complex holds eight venues that includes an amphitheater, arena, aquatic center, banquet hall, convention center, museum, theatre, and an indoor pavilion. Greensboro (; formerly Greensborough) is a city in and the county seat of Guilford County, North Carolina, United States. 2009–10 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Men's Basketball Team
The 2009–10 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets men's basketball team represented Georgia Institute of Technology in the 2009–10 college basketball season. This was Paul Hewitt's tenth season as head coach. The Yellow Jackets compete in the Atlantic Coast Conference and played their home games at Alexander Memorial Coliseum. They finished the season 23–13, 7–9 in ACC play. The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) is a collegiate athletic conference located in the eastern United States. Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, the ACC's fifteen member universities compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)'s Division I. 2010 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament
The 2010 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament involved 65 schools playing in a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division I college basketball as a culmination of the 2009–10 basketball season. It began on March 16, 2010, and concluded with the championship game on April 5 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
