Franck Gava
Franck Gava (born 3 February 1970) is a French former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Club career Gava was born in Montargis, Loiret. He emerged through AS Nancy-Lorraine's youth system, making his professional debuts at age 17. However, he would grow to prominence in the first division at Olympique Lyonnais, being a very valuable offensive unit alongside Florian Maurice. In 1997, Gava signed - alongside close friend Maurice - with capital side Paris Saint-Germain, scoring seven goals in his first season and helping the club capture both the Cup and League cup that year. After that, he played with AS Monaco FC and Stade Rennais one season apiece, being forced to retire at 30 due to foot ailments; he did amass more than 400 official matches counting both major divisions in France. Olivier Edmond
Olivier Edmond (born 29 January 1970) is a French professional golfer. Edmond was born in Paris. As an amateur, Edmond represented France in the Eisenhower Trophy. He won the 1990 French Amateur Championship and the Brabazon Trophy (tie with Gary Evans). He turned professional later that year. His brother, Pascal is also a professional golfer. After several seasons on the second tier Challenge Tour, Edmond won a European Tour card at his fifth attempt at qualifying school in 1997. He carried his good form into his début season, and was named the European Tour's Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year in 1998. In 1999, he was successfully treated for testicular cancer but after a moderately successful return to the tour in 2000, including a joint 7th-place finish at the Volvo PGA Championship, wasn't able to return to his previous form and his European Tour career came to an end after the 2003 season. A composer is a person who writes music. The term is especially used to indicate composers of Western classical music, or those who are composers by occupation. Laurent Levesque (born 28 January 1970) is a film score composer. He started the piano at 4 and graduated at 17 from the French national music school academy with five first prizes. He then became a pianist in several symphonic orchestras and an accompanist at the Opéra National de Lyon. When he went to perform in New York, he met Philip Glass who introduced him to film music scoring. His first experience in composition for a movie was with the director Costa-Gavras in 2001 for his controversial movie ''Amen''. Christine Malèvre
Christine Malèvre (born January 10, 1970) is a former nurse who was arrested in 1998 on suspicion of having killed as many as 30 patients. She confessed to some of the murders, but claimed she had done so at the request of the patients, who were all terminally ill. France, however, does not recognize a right to die, and Malèvre eventually recanted most of her confessions. 1970 Tour De France
The 1970 Tour de France was the 57th edition of the Tour de France, one of cycling's Grand Tours. It took place between 27 June and 19 July, with 23 stages covering a distance of . It was the second victory for Belgian Eddy Merckx, who also won the mountains classification, and nearly won every major jersey for a 2nd year in a row but finished second in the points classification behind Walter Godefroot by five points. The previous year only one rider was able to keep him within 20:00 and in 1970 a mere four other riders were within 20:00, with only debutant Joop Zoetemelk finishing inside 15:00 of Merckx.
