Once Lobos Chalchuapa, commonly known as Once Lobos (the Eleven Wolves), is a professional Salvadoran football club based in Chalchuapa, Santa Ana, El Salvador. Created in February 1918, Once Lobos are the oldest club still active in any form of the El Salvador football league system. They have been competing in the Segunda División de El Salvador (Segunda División) since 2005. History Once Lobos was founded in 1918, in Chalchuapa. Chalchuapa
Chalchuapa is a town and a municipality located in the Santa Ana department of El Salvador. The city of Chalchuapa is in a wide valley at 650 meters above sea level, and watered by the Pampe River. Overview It is situated 15 kilometers west from Santa Ana city, in the valley of Cuscachapa. Estadio Óscar Quiteño
Estadio Óscar Quiteño is a multi-purpose stadium in Santa Ana, El Salvador. It is currently used mostly for football matches, and is the home stadium of Club Deportivo FAS. The stadium holds 17,500 people and was built in 1963. Inauguration The stadium was inaugurated on February 3, 1963 and built by the Institute of Rural Development. Cesar Acevedo
Cesar Acevedo (born 5 September 1953) is a retired football player from El Salvador and currently head coach of Nuevo San Sebastian. Career Acevedo spent his entire playing career at FAS in the primera division scoring 47 goals. He was part of the FAS squad that won the 1979 CONCACAF Champions' Cup. He played for the El Salvador national football team, appearing in the 1978 FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds against Panama on 2 May 1976.
