C.D. Nacional
Clube Desportivo Nacional, commonly known as Nacional and sometimes Nacional da Madeira (), is a Portuguese football club based in Funchal, on the island of Madeira. Founded on 8 December 1910, it currently plays in the Liga Portugal 2, Portugal's second-tier division of professional football. It plays its home games at Estádio da Madeira, also known as Estádio da Choupana. Built in 1998 and named at the time ''Estádio Eng. Rui Alves'' after the current club president Rui Alves, it seats approximately 5,132 people. The stadium is located in the north of Funchal, high in the mountains of the Choupana district The club's home colours are black and white striped shirts with black shorts and socks. Estádio da Madeira, formerly named Estadio Eng. Rui Alves and informally known as Estádio da Choupana is a Association football, football stadium in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. It is primarily used as the home stadium for C.D. Nacional. The stadium is currently able to hold 5,132 people and was built as a one-stand 2,500 seat stadium in 2000, when Nacional moved in. Previously they played their home games at the local municipal stadium, the Estádio dos Barreiros. The stadium is located within the Cidade Desportiva do C.D. The 2004–05 UEFA Cup was the 34th edition of the UEFA Cup. The format of the competition had changed from previous seasons, replacing that from the previous one after the abolition of the Cup Winners' Cup in 1999; an extra qualifying round was introduced, as was a group phase after the first round. The Taça de Portugal (; "Cup of Portugal") is an annual association football competition and the premier knockout tournament in Portuguese football. For sponsorship reasons, it has been known as Taça de Portugal Placard since the 2015–16 season. Miguelito (footballer)
José Miguel Organista Simões Aguiar (born 4 February 1981), known as Miguelito, is a Portuguese former footballer. A speedy player, he could operate as defender or midfielder on the left side of the pitch. He amassed Primeira Liga totals of 220 games and seven goals over the course of ten seasons, representing in the competition Rio Ave, Nacional, Benfica, Braga, Marítimo, Belenenses and Vitória de Setúbal. Adriano Vieira Louzada (born 3 January 1979), known simply as Adriano, is a Brazilian footballer. He spent most of his professional career in Portugal, amassing Primeira Liga totals of 145 matches and 62 goals over seven seasons in representation of Nacional, Porto and Braga and winning five major titles with the second club. The Primeira Liga (; English: Premier League, also written as Liga Portugal 1), also known as Liga Portugal Bwin for sponsorship reasons, is the top level of the Portuguese football league system.
