File is a Turkish retail company founded in 2015, owned by Bim. Unlike Bim whose stores are mostly discounters, File's locations are made up of hypermarkets. As of April 2021, the company has 135 locations and around 4,000 employees. All of the company's 135 locations are in Turkey. Hasan Cuneyd Zapsu (born 19 November 1956 in İstanbul) is a Turkish businessman of Kurdish and Balkan origins. He was a co-founder of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) in Turkey as well as the founder of Balsu, one of the world's leading hazelnut producers.
