Băneasa Lake
Băneasa () is a borough () in the north side of Bucharest, in Sector 1, near the Băneasa Lake (). Like all north-side districts of Bucharest, it is relatively sparsely populated, with large areas of parkland. Bordering on Băneasa Forest, Băneasa has the Aurel Vlaicu International Airport, used mainly by low-cost carriers, and is home to Zoo Băneasa, the Băneasa railway station, and the Băneasa Shopping City. In the 2000s, the area has become increasingly upmarket, due to the construction of various luxury apartment developments in and around it (as are those in the Pipera-Tunari area). It is also home to many villas constructed before the 1930s that were refurbished in the 1990s and 2000s. Băneasa is linked by RATB bus lines to the Bucharest city center. Bucharest Quarter Băneasa

Băneasa Railway Station
Băneasa railway station is a railway station in Băneasa borough of Bucharest, Romania, in the northern part of the city. It is situated on the main line to the Black Sea coast. The railway station was inaugurated on 17 November 1886, under the name ''Gara Mogoșoaia''. Traditionally, the railway station is used for the Royal departures and arrivals in the Royal Train; recently, on 16 December 2017, this was the departure point for King Michael I's funeral train to the Royal necropolis in Curtea de Argeș. The Bucharest Metro ( ro, Metroul din București) is an underground rapid transit system that serves Bucharest, the capital of Romania. It first opened for service on 16 November 1979. The network is run by Metrorex. One of two parts of the larger Bucharest public transport network, Metrorex has an average of approximately 720,000 passenger trips per weekday (as of 2018), compared to the 1,180,000 daily riders on Bucharest's STB transit system. Tunari is a commune in the center of Ilfov County, Muntenia, Romania. Its name means "cannoneers" in Romanian. It is composed of two villages, Dimieni and Tunari. Pipera
Pipera village is a neighborhood in Voluntari, Ilfov County, at the northern edge of the city of Bucharest, Romania. Development Until 1995, Pipera was an ordinary village. After that, an "El Dorado" of land transactions began. Plots of land that were US$1/m2 reached in 2005 the US$250/m2. Băneasa Shopping City is a shopping center in the north of Bucharest, Romania, opened on 18 April 2008. Zoo Băneasa is a zoo in Bucharest, Romania, located in a northern district of the city, called Băneasa. The park was founded in 1955 as a service of the Municipal Household Section of the People's Council of the Capital. Aurel Vlaicu International Airport (largely known as Băneasa Airport or Bucharest City Airport) is located in Băneasa district, Bucharest, Romania, north of the city center. Băneasa Forest (''Pădurea Băneasa'' in Romanian) is a wood in the north of Bucharest, Romania. Covering , the ground is located in proximity to Băneasa neighborhood and Băneasa Airport. On its southern edge, there is the Zoo Băneasa zoological garden.
