Buyck is an unincorporated community in Portage Township, Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. The community is located 16 miles east of Orr at the junction of Saint Louis County Road 23 (Orr–Buyck Road) and County Road 24 (Crane Lake Road). Buyck Family
The Buyck family (spelling variant: ''Buijck'') is a noble Belgian family which can trace its origins back to the 14th century. Several members have been prominent in politics, business and economics, architecture, as well as in the military field.
