Burn-Up W
''Burn-Up W'' is a 1996 anime OVA directed by Hiroshi Negishi. It was soon followed by a series version called ''Burn-Up Excess'', though it occasionally lacks continuity with the series. The OVA consists of four episodes, chronicling Team Warrior through more missions. Like the original series, there is still a large amount of fan service. Plot Burn Up W is about the adventures of Team Warrior, a band of highly skilled and completely reckless female cops. The team features the loose cannon Rio, trigger-happy Maya and ace hacker Lilica, who get the job done, regardless of the cost to the Tokyo Police Department or the city. Main characters ; Rio Kinezono (利緒) : Rio is Team Warrior's "Pointman" on many missions. She's blonde, very buxom, and rather ditzy, and she can't seem to keep money in her wallet. Sakura Tange
is a Japanese voice actress, singer and writer who was born in Ichinomiya, Aichi. She is best known for providing the voice of Sakura Kinomoto in the anime series ''Cardcaptor Sakura'' and before that, she voiced some of SNK's characters, such as Yuri Sakazaki in drama CD adaptation of ''The King of Fighters '94'', Cham Cham in drama CD adaptation of ''Samurai Shodown II'' and Sakura Mitsukoshi in the Neo Geo puzzle game ''Money Puzzle Exchanger''. Tange has done voice acting for anime, radio shows, computer games and live events. ''Burn-Up Scramble'' is a 2004 12-episode anime television series directed by Hiroki Hayashi. Though the basic premise is in keeping with its predecessors ''Burn Up!'' and ''Burn-Up Excess'' it is an entirely new series with some new and some old characters, and a very different art style. Like ''Burn-Up W'' and ''Burn-Up Excess'', the series centers on a busty police officer and martial artist name Rio Kinezono, leader of the super-secret squad known as Warriors. Tiffany Lynn Grant (born October 11, 1968) is an American voice actress and script writer who is known for her English-dubbing work for ADV Films on such anime films and television series as ''Neon Genesis Evangelion'', in which she voiced the character Asuka Langley Soryu.
