Burlington Heights is an unincorporated community located within Freehold Township in Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. County Route 537 (CR 537) is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends from Delaware Avenue (CR 737) in Camden to CR 11 in Oceanport. It is the state's fourth longest 500 series county route.
