Bumm Bumm Bole
''Bumm Bumm Bole'' () is a 2010 Hindi film directed by Priyadarshan. The film stars Darsheel Safary, Atul Kulkarni, Rituparna Sengupta and newcomer Ziyah Vastani. The film is an authorized adaptation of the 1997 Iranian film ''Children of Heaven'' which was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in the same year. ''Bumm Bumm Bole'' was released on 14 May 2010. The title of the film is based on one of the songs of ''Taare Zameen Par''. Plot Khogiram Maheshwar Gwala, Kalyani Gwala and their children Pinaki (Pinu) and Rimzim are a poor family with not enough money for uniform or shoes. Things become worse when Pinu misplaces Rimzim's only pair of shoes in a vegetable shop. Pinu tells jhilmil about the shoes and begs her not to tell their mother; she agrees. Priyadarshan
Priyadarshan (born 30 January 1957) is an Indian film director, screenwriter and producer who works predominantly in Malayalam and Hindi films, while also having done six films in Tamil and two films in Telugu. He has done about 31 films in Hindi alone, the highest number of films done by any Hindi film director after David Dhawan. He was one of the first directors in India to introduce rich color grading, clear sound and quality dubbing through his early Malayalam films. Priyadarshan has also directed many advertisement films. Priyadarshan began his career in Malayalam cinema in the early 1980s and was active throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Towards 2000s, he moved to Bollywood (Hindi-language cinema) and remained active throughout the decade. Shitala Pandey, better known as Sameer Anjaan, is an Indian lyricist, writing songs such as "Mujhe Raat Din Bas", predominantly in Hindi language films.
