Bullseye (character)
Bullseye is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. A psychopathic assassin, Bullseye uses the opportunities afforded by his line of work to exercise his homicidal tendencies and to work out his own personal vendetta against Daredevil. He is also an enemy of the Punisher. Although he possesses no superpowers, Bullseye is able to use almost any object as a lethal projectile, be it weapons like shuriken and sai or seemingly harmless objects like playing cards and pencils. His marksmanship is uncanny, at a nearly supernatural level. The character has been adapted into various forms of media relating to Daredevil. ''Bullseye'' is a British darts-themed television game show created by Andrew Wood and Norman Vaughan. The show features three pairs of contestants, each consisting of an amateur darts player and a quizzer, competing in darts games and quizzes to win cash and prizes. The original series aired on the ITV network and was produced by ATV in 1981, then by Central from 1982 until 1995. Jim Bowen presented the show during its initial 14-year run. A revival produced by Granada Yorkshire for the Challenge TV network, hosted by Dave Spikey, aired in 2006. Jim Lange was the host, and the program was produced by Jack Barry and Dan Enright. Jay Stewart was the announcer for the first season, and Charlie O'Donnell announced for the second season. The series' executive producer was Ron Greenberg. Gameplay Main game Two contestants competed, one a returning champion who had initial control of the game. The gameboard consisted of three circular windows arranged in an upside-down triangle. Bullseye is a Bull Terrier and the official mascot of Target Corporation. The dog is featured in Target's commercial campaigns and in store sale signage and is used in various marketing campaigns. There are three dogs who play Bullseye taking turn during different promotional campaigns. Each Bullseye has a pure white coat, and has Target Corporation's bullseye logo painted around her left eye, which is the origin of her name. The makeup used on Bullseye is all-natural and non-toxic. Target also offers the dog as a stuffed toy for special events or employee recognition. The bullseye round stingray (''Urobatis concentricus''), also known as the reticulated round ray, or spot-on-spot round ray, is a species of cartilaginous fish in the family Urotrygonidae. It is endemic to Mexico. Its natural habitats are shallow seas, subtidal aquatic beds, coral reefs, estuarine waters, intertidal marshes, and coastal saline lagoons. It is threatened by habitat loss. Description ''Urobatis concentricus'' can be characterized by a light brown dorsal region with whitish spots or patches around the pectoral fins and dorsum.
