Bully
Bullying is the use of force, coercion, hurtful teasing or threat, to abuse, aggressively wikt:domination, dominate or intimidate. The behavior is often repeated and habitual. One essential prerequisite is the perception (by the bully or by others) of an imbalance of physical or Power (social and political), social power. This imbalance distinguishes bullying from conflict. Bullying is a subcategory of aggressive behavior characterized by hostile intent, imbalance of power and repetition over a period of time. Bullying is the activity of repeated, aggressive behavior intended to hurt another individual, physically, mentally or emotionally. Bully (band)
Bully is the solo project of guitarist and singer Alicia Bognanno. The American rock band formed in 2013 in Nashville. They signed to Columbia Records label Startime International and released their first album '' Feels Like'' in 2015, then moved to Sub Pop to release '' Losing'' in 2017. Their third album ''Sugaregg'' was released on August 21, 2020. What initially began as a three-piece band is now a solo project with accompanying members. William Henry "Bully" Hayes (1827 or 1829 – 31 March 1877) was a notorious American ship's captain who engaged in blackbirding in the 1860s and 1870s.James A. Michener & A. Bully Gilstrap
Howard Clifford "Bully" Gilstrap was a college basketball, college men's basketball and college football coach. He was the head coach of the Texas Longhorns men's basketball, Texas basketball program from 1942 to 1945. He coached the Longhorns to a 43–28 record, playing in one NCAA tournament and reaching the NCAA Final Four in 1943. Gilstrap also served as an assistant coach on the Longhorns football team for 20 seasons, from 1937 through 1956. He was an athlete at Texas, playing football, basketball and track and field. He was inducted into the University of Texas Athletics Hall of Honor in 1968. Gilstrap was the brother of coach and athletic administrator Chena Gilstrap. Bully Dawson
Bully Dawson was a notorious gambler from London, England in the time of Charles II. His name became a byword for a swaggering fool. His character is summed up by Charles Lamb: "Bully Dawson kicked by half the town, and half the town kicked by Bully Dawson". He is said to have come from either Blackfriars or Whitefriars and little is known of him other than he was a gambler and "sharper". He may have been a punch brewer. Nicholas Busick (June 1, 1954 – May 8, 2018) was an American professional wrestler and police officer, better known by his ring name Big Bully Busick. He is best known for his appearances with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in 1991, where he portrayed a stereotypical bully from the 1920s with a "turtleneck, bowler hat and king-sized cigar". Wally Bullington
Wallace "Coach Bully" Bullington (May 17, 1931 – July 20, 2018) was a former American football player, coach, and college athletics administrator. He served Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas for 39 years as football player, assistant football coach, head football coach and athletic director before he retired from the university's athletic staff in 1988, but not before leading the school to its first NAIA National Football Championship, national championship in 1973.
