Buena High School (Arizona)
Buena High School is a high school in Sierra Vista, Arizona. It is the only high school in the Sierra Vista Unified School District. The current school building was built in the early 1990s to accommodate an ever-expanding student enrollment and opened in the spring of the 1991–92 school year. The school was built to handle an enrollment of up to 2,500 students; it was over-capacity from its opening and filled to capacity through the late 2000s. It serves high school-aged dependent children living on Fort Huachuca. Theater Buena was built with a large theater for use by both the high school and the community. The Klein Performing Arts Center main auditorium can seat from 907 to as many as 1319 by opening the two 'pods'. The Little Theater Pod seats 206 and features a small stage with self-contained computer lighting and sound. The Lecture Pod seats 213 and is ideal for group meetings. Sierra Vista is a city in Cochise County, Arizona, United States. According to the 2020 Census, the population of the city is 45,308, and is the 27th most populous city in Arizona. Donnie Veal
Donald Tyrone Veal (born September 18, 1984) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. Veal played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago White Sox, and Atlanta Braves. He was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 2nd round of the 2005 Major League Baseball draft and is currently the rehab pitching coach for the White Sox. Miss Arizona
The Miss Arizona competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Arizona in the Miss America pageant. Arizona has twice won the Miss America title. The first Miss Arizona, Anna Marie Barnett, was crowned in 1938. Melody Pierce of Phoenix was crowned Miss Arizona 2022 on June 25, 2022 at the Madison Center of the Arts in Phoenix, Arizona. The New York Red Bulls are an American professional soccer club based in the New York metropolitan area. The Red Bulls compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Eastern Conference. Luis Angel Robles (born May 11, 1984) is an American former professional soccer player who played as a goalkeeper. Robles holds the MLS record for most consecutive regular-season starts with 183, spanning September 2012 to May 2018. Darick Hall
Darick Hall (born July 25, 1995) is an American professional baseball first baseman and designated hitter for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2022. Early life and amateur career Hall grew up in Hereford, Arizona, and attended Buena High School. Hall began his college baseball career at Cochise College as both a pitcher and a first baseman. He transferred to Dallas Baptist University after his sophomore year.
