Brynjar Aa often Brynjar Å (born July 21, 1960 in Trondheim) is a Norwegian dramatist. He was a student at the Telemark University College and studied under Norwegian writer Eldrid Lunden. Before finishing at Bø, Aa published the book ''Babyboy''. Brynjar Aa has published over a dozen different works, all by established publishing houses, including Aschehoug, and The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation. Brynjar Þór Björnsson
Brynjar Þór Björnsson (born 11 July 1988) is an Icelandic basketball player and a former member of the Icelandic national team. He has won the Icelandic championship eight times and the Icelandic Basketball Cup three times with KR and is the club's all-time leader in scoring and games played. Playing career Early career In the fifth and deciding game of the 2007 Úrvalsdeild Finals against Snæfell, Brynjar made a three-point shot with 3 seconds left in regulation to tie the game at 68–68 and send it to overtime. KR prevailed in overtime, winning the game 76–74 and its tenth national championship. College Brynjar played for Francis Marion University from 2008 to 2009. He left the school in January 2009. Brynjar Björn Gunnarsson (born 16 October 1975) is an Icelandic former footballer who last played for KR as a midfielder. Brynjar had previously played for Nottingham Forest, Stoke City, Watford and Reading in England as well as Vålerenga and Moss in Norway and Örgryte IS in Sweden. Brynjar Hoff (born 1 October 1940) is a Norwegian oboist. Hoff was born in Orkdal to organists Erling Hoff and Magnhild Bergljot Bakken. He was associated with the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra 1955–1958, the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet 1958–1965, and the Oslo Philharmonic 1965–1985, and was later freelance musician. Brynjar Leifsson (born 11 September 1990) is an Icelandic musician. He is best known as the lead guitarist of the Icelandic indie folk band Of Monsters and Men. Personal life Brynjar was raised in Keflavík, a town in southwest Iceland. His brother is a pilot. Brynjar has been in a relationship with musician Ragnhildur Gunnarsdóttir since at least 2014. Brynjar Lia (born 14 July 1966) is a Norwegian historian and professor of Middle East Studies at Department of Culture Studies and Oriental Languages at the University of Oslo. He is also an adjunct research professor at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) where he headed FFI's research on international terrorism and global jihadism between 1999 and 2011. Brynjar Nielsen Meling (born 29 May 1967) is a Norwegian lawyer. Personal life Meling is married and have four children. He usually votes for the Conservative Party, but voted blank in 2003 as a result of the party joining the other parties in demanding to repatriate Mullah Krekar. He was a Salvation Army soldier until 2003 when he withdrew to not become a burden for the organisation as a result of his work as a lawyer, defending controversial figures. Career He became famous overnight after being appointed as the public defender of Mullah Krekar, and has since also worked on a number of other high-profile cases, mainly cases directly targeted against Norwegian commercial and political interests.
