Bruce Campbell
Bruce Lorne Campbell (born June 22, 1958) is an American actor and director. He is known for portraying Ash Williams in Sam Raimi's ''Evil Dead'' franchise, beginning with the 1978 short film ''Within the Woods''. He has starred in many low-budget cult films such as ''Crimewave'' (1985), ''Maniac Cop'' (1988), '' Sundown: The Vampire in Retreat'' (1989), and ''Bubba Ho-Tep'' (2002). In television, Campbell had lead roles in '' The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.'' (1993–1994) and ''Jack of All Trades'' (2000), and a recurring role as Autolycus, King of Thieves, in '' Hercules: The Legendary Journeys'' and '' Xena: Warrior Princess'' (1995–1999). Phoenix Comicon
Phoenix Fan Fusion (formerly Phoenix Comicon and Phoenix Comic Fest) is a speculative fiction entertainment and comic book convention held annually in Phoenix, Arizona. It was founded as the Phoenix Cactus Comicon in June 2002, and originally consisted of a one-day six-hour event held in Ahwatukee, Arizona. The convention plays host to comic related panels, programming events, art contests, and autograph signings for all ages. It is a four-day event (Thursday-Sunday) held during the summer at the Phoenix Convention Center in downtown Phoenix. In Greek mythology, Autolycus (; Ancient Greek: Αὐτόλυκος ''Autolykos'' 'the wolf itself') was a successful robber who had even the power of metamorphosing both the stolen goods and himself. ''My Name Is Bruce'' is a 2007 American comedy horror film directed, co-produced by, and starring B-movie cult actor Bruce Campbell. The film was written by Mark Verheiden. It had a theatrical release in October 2008, followed by DVD and Blu-ray releases on February 10, 2009. Although Sam Raimi, with whom Bruce frequently collaborates, is not involved with this production, much of the film is in the vein of the ''Evil Dead'' series. Ted Raimi (Sam's brother), also a frequent collaborator, appears in this film.
