Brothers In Rhythm
Brothers in Rhythm are a British electronic music group comprising Dave Seaman, Steve Anderson and Alan Bremner. The group was originally a duo comprising Seaman and Anderson, with Bremner joining later in 1999. They have remixed and/or produced tracks by Lulu, M People, Secret Life, Rebekah Ryan, Seal, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, New Order, Dannielle Gaha, Pet Shop Boys, Kylie Minogue, Garbage, Placebo, Alanis Morissette, U2 and many others. Biography As Brothers in Rhythm, they hit number one on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot Dance Club Play chart in 1991 with " Such a Good Feeling". It reached #14 on the UK Singles Chart upon re-issue in September 1991. In 1994, they released the single "Forever and a Day", billed as Brothers in Rhythm present Charvoni, but this was not very successful on the UK Singles Chart, only reaching #51, though it did become a hit in the UK clubs. Dave Seaman
Dave Seaman (born 29 April 1968) is a British DJ and record producer. He was formerly a member of the Disco Mix Club, DMC Publishing, and editor of music magazine ''Mixmag''. Biography He formed Brothers in Rhythm with Steve Anderson (musician), Steve Anderson and they were later joined by Alan Bremner, doing production work for (amongst others) Pet Shop Boys and Kylie Minogue and remixes for David Bowie, New Order (band), New Order, U2, Michael Jackson and more. He has since founded Audio Therapy record label and now runs Selador Recordings with Steve Parry. He is also well known for his releases in the famed Renaissance (club), Renaissance Masters Series and a number of releases for Global Underground. Irish Singles Chart
The Irish Singles Chart is the Republic of Ireland's music industry standard singles popularity chart issued weekly by the Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA) and compiled on their behalf by the Official Charts Company. Chart rankings are based on sales, which are compiled through over-the-counter retail data captured electronically each day from retailers' EPOS systems. All major record shops, digital retailers and streaming services contribute to the chart, accounting for over 95% of the market. A new chart is compiled and officially released to the public by the Irish Recorded Music Association on Friday at noon. AllMusic (previously known as All Music Guide and AMG) is an American online music database. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. Such A Good Feeling
"Such a Good Feeling" is a song by English electronic music trio Brothers in Rhythm, released as a single only. It samples Charvoni's " Always There" which itself is a cover of a Side Effect song from 1976 (which was a bigger hit for Incognito in 1991). The original lyrics for "Always There", written by Paul B Allen III, were sampled, and different music was sampled by Brothers in Rhythm to play underneath those vocalized lyrics. Upon its first release, it reached No. 64 on the UK Singles Chart and No. 1 on the US ''Billboard'' Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart. After a re-release the same year, it reached No. 14 in the UK.
