Brother Bear (soundtrack)
''Brother Bear: An Original Walt Disney Records Soundtrack'' is the soundtrack to Disney's 2003 animated feature film ''Brother Bear''. It contains the film's music composed by Mark Mancina and Phil Collins, as well as songs written by Collins, and performed by Tina Turner, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Oren Waters, The Bulgarian Women's Choir, and even Collins himself. Much of the soundtrack in the film consists of the songs performed by Collins as a montage, much like what was done with the earlier Disney soundtrack to film ''Tarzan'', but not entirely. The album was released on October 21, 2003 by Walt Disney Records. Although not released as a single, "On My Way" was featured prominently in commercials for the film. The song is about going off to new places with new friends, and Collins sings it during a montage when Kenai befriends Koda. The number is also sometimes listed as "Send Me on My Way".Thomas S. Phil Collins
Philip David Charles Collins (born 30 January 1951) is an English singer, musician, songwriter, record producer and actor. He was the drummer and lead singer of the rock band Genesis and also has a career as a solo performer. Between 1982 and 1990, Collins scored three UK and seven US number-one singles as a solo artist. When his work with Genesis, his work with other artists, as well as his solo career is totalled, he had more US top 40 singles than any other artist during the 1980s. The Hammond organ is an electric organ invented by Laurens Hammond and John M. Hanert and first manufactured in 1935. Multiple models have been produced, most of which use sliding #Drawbars, drawbars to vary sounds. David Richard Campbell (born 7 February 1948) is a Canadian-American arranger, composer, and conductor. He has worked on over 450 gold and platinum albums by artists of a wide range of genres, including Rush, Ariana Grande, Harry Styles, Muse, Michael Jackson, Aaliyah, Evanescence, Beyoncé, Aerosmith, Garth Brooks, and various albums by his son Beck. Tim Pierce (born 1959 in Albuquerque) is an American session guitarist. He has worked for artists such as Joe Cocker, Crowded House, Goo Goo Dolls, Michael Jackson, Beth Hart, Roger Waters, Alice Cooper, Johnny Hallyday, Phil Collins, and the Cheetah Girls. Pierce's parents were not musicians, although, unbeknownst to Pierce, his father used to play the trumpet in his youth. Walt Disney's Parade of Dreams premiered on May 5, 2005 as part of the Happiest Homecoming on Earth, celebrating the 50th anniversary of Disneyland in California.
