Alexander James Brooker (born 15 May 1984) is an English journalist and presenter best known for his television work with Channel 4. Since 2012, Brooker has co-hosted ''The Last Leg'', a Channel 4 panel show with Adam Hills and Josh Widdicombe as well as co-presenting Channel 4 ski jumping show '' The Jump'' with Davina McCall in 2014. In 2016, he began presenting ''The Superhumans Show'' for Channel 4 daytime. In February 2018 Brooker signed with Leeds Rhinos' Foundation PDRL (Physical Disability Rugby League) team. Career Brooker went to the Norton Knatchbull School in Ashford, Kent, before graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in 2006 and worked as a sports reporter on the ''Liverpool Echo''. Ralph Anthony Brooker (22 September 1925 â€“ 20 November 2019), was a British computer scientist known for developing the Mark 1 Autocode. He was educated at Emanuel School and graduated in Mathematics from Imperial College in 1945 and returned there in 1947 as assistant lecturer. His first computer project was the construction of a fast multiplier unit from electro-mechanical relays. This was taken over by Sid Michaelson and K. D. Tocher and incorporated into ICCE, the Imperial College Computing Engine based on the same technology. By then (1949)Brooker had moved to the University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory to work for Maurice Wilkes on software development for EDSAC. William Thomas Brooker (October 31, 1939 – September 21, 2019) was an American professional football player who was a placekicker and end. He played for the Dallas Texans/Kansas City Chiefs of the American Football League (AFL) from 1962 to 1966. Brooker played college football at the University of Alabama under legendary coach Bear Bryant. He was drafted by the Texans in the 17th round (131st overall) in the 1962 AFL Draft and by the Washington Redskins in the 16th round (211th overall) in the same year's NFL Draft. Doubling as an offensive end, Brooker had his best statistical season in his rookie year, 1962. He caught four passes, three for touchdowns, the only ones he would score during his career. Todd Brooker (born November 24, 1959) is a former alpine ski racer member Crazy Canucks and a ski commentator on television. World Cup career Born in Waterloo, Ontario, Brooker learned to ski and race at Blue Mountain, near Collingwood and made the Canadian national team in 1977; he competed on the World Cup circuit from December 1981 to January 1987. Thomas Henry Brooker (30 December 1850 – 11 July 1927) was a politician in colonial South Australia. He was a member of the South Australian House of Assembly from 1890 to 1905, representing West Torrens (1890–1902) and Port Adelaide (1902–1905). Scott Brooker is a British puppeteer, puppet maker, puppet designer. Career Scott Brooker has many television, theatre and film credits as a puppet maker and puppeteer. One of his most well known work was for ''Spitting Image'', where he spent thirteen years as head puppet maker. After leaving ''Spitting Image'', Brooker worked with Jim Henson's Creature Shop as a designer and fabricator working on many of their productions, including ''Alice in Wonderland'' and ''Five Children and It''. Paul Brooker (born 25 November 1976) is an English retired professional footballer who played as a winger in the Football League for Fulham, Brighton & Hove Albion, Leicester City, Reading and Brentford.
