Brody Steele
Peter Smith (born August 5, 1967) is a Canadian professional wrestler, better known as his ring name, Brody Steele. Steele starred as one of the four leading characters in the Wrestling Reality documentary-reality television series that aired on the Fight Network in Canada. Early life Before becoming a professional wrestler, Smith competed in Maritime strongman competitions. He was known for his grip strength, at one point he held a weight of 250 pounds in each hand and walked 1,200 feet. Prior to becoming a professional wrestler, Smith played competitive softball and he won a provincial bodybuilding competition. He was asked to join St. Mary's University's football team but he declined the offer. Wrestling Reality
''Wrestling Reality'' was a documentary television series created by independent filmmaker Greg Hemmings, airing on The Fight Network. It followed the lives of a group of independent professional wrestlers in the Maritime provinces of Canada. The series consisted of a half-hour documentary portion, as well as an hour of televised matches and shoot interviews. A sneak peek of the premiere episode aired September 25, 2007, with the full series then airing in early November. The series tackled many behind-the-scenes issues in professional wrestling including drugs, steroids, and sex. The colour commentary and play-by-play was provided by 89.3 K-Rock announcer/ Eastlink host Darrin Harvey. The show also airs in the United Kingdom on TWC Fight!. Robert Edward Brooks (born 11 March 1966), better known by his ring name Robbie Brookside, is an English retired professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he works as a trainer/producer for the NXT brand. He has toured all over the world during his career, wrestling in the United States, Japan, Germany, and Mexico. Germán Figueroa Sullivan (born May 6, 1975) is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler, actor and mixed martial artist better known as "El León" Apollo (alternatively spelled "Apolo") and El León. Figueroa began performing in Puerto Rico's independent circuit, before entering the International Wrestling Association and World Wrestling Council. Drew McDonald (born Charles Shaw, name changed via deed poll; 16 June 1955 – 9 February 2015) was a Scottish professional wrestler. He was best known for wrestling in the United Kingdom since the 1980s. Austin Kirk Jenkins (born July 5, 1989) is an American professional wrestler currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he performs under the ring name Adam Cole. James Atkins (born 22 July 1979 in London) is a British professional wrestler best known under his ring name James Mason. Career A childhood fan of Big Daddy, Atkins began wrestling for All Star Wrestling in 1993, adopting the ringname James Mason, after the film actor of the same name at the behest of ring announcer John Harris. Early in his career, he also wrestled for Welsh promoter Orig Williams under the name Jesse James (as Williams felt the actor in question was "boring" and this would reflect poorly on Atkins). He is best known for his time in All Star Wrestling and his appearance in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and a performance in Pro Wresting Live (PWL).
