David Lee Emerson, (born September 17, 1945) is a Canadian politician, financial executive, and economist. He was formerly the Member of Parliament for the riding of Vancouver Kingsway. He was first elected as a Liberal and served as Minister of Industry under Prime Minister Paul Martin. After controversially crossing the floor to join Stephen Harper's Conservatives, he served as Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Pacific Gateway and the Vancouver-Whistler Olympics, followed by Minister of Foreign Affairs. Ann Osgerby (born 20 January 1963), later known by her married name Ann Osgerby Inge, is an English former butterfly swimmer. Swimming career Osgerby represented Great Britain at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1980. She also represented Great Britain at the World Championships in 1978 and 1982, Commonwealth Games 1978 and 1982, European Championships 1981 and 1983, World Cup 1979. Ann Elizabeth Nelson (April 29, 1958 – August 4, 2019) was a particle physicist and professor of physics in the Particle Theory Group at the University of Washington from 1994 until her death.
