Bridezilla (band)
Bridezilla were a band from Sydney, Australia formed in 2005, during their early years of High School. They played their farewell show at the Oxford Arts Factory on 16 January 2013. The band composed of vocalist Holiday Sidewinder, Pia May, the band's guitarist, Millie Hall on Saxophone, Daisy Tulley on violin, and drummer Josh Bush. In September 2007, the band signed with Ivy League Records and released their debut EP on 24 November 2007. In February 2009, they signed to Inertia (independent record company) with in-house label Inertia Recordings, and released their debut full-length album ''The First Dance'' on 30 October 2009. Interpol is an American Rock music, rock band from Manhattan, New York. Formed in 1997, their original line-up consisted of Paul Banks (American musician), Paul Banks (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Daniel Kessler (guitarist), Daniel Kessler (lead guitar, backing vocals), Carlos Dengler (bass guitar, keyboards), and Greg Drudy (drums). The Australian Independent Record Awards (commonly known informally as AIR Awards) is an annual awards night to recognise, promote and celebrate the success of Australia's Independent Music sector. All Tomorrow's Parties was an organisation based in London that promoted music festivals, concerts and records throughout the world for over ten years. It was founded by Barry Hogan in 2001 in preparation for the first All Tomorrow's Parties Festival, the line-up of which was picked by Mogwai and took place at Pontins, Camber Sands, England. Named after the song "All Tomorrow's Parties" by the Velvet Underground, the festival exhibited a tendency towards post-rock, indie rock, avant-garde music, and underground hip hop, along with more traditional rock fare presented in smaller venues than typical stadium performances. Splendour in the Grass (commonly referred to as Splendour) is an annual Australian music festival held at the North Byron Parklands in Yelgun, New South Wales.
