Brian Young (American Football, Born 1972)
Brian Young (born June 8, 1972) is an American football coach and former defensive back who is currently the head coach of the Stetson Hatters of the Pioneer Football League (PFL). He played college football at Georgia Southern and was in the Indoor Football League (IFL) before starting a coaching career in c. 2002. Early life and playing career Young was born on June 8, 1972. He attended Groves High School, where he was a "pretty good" three-sport athlete. He played defensive back at Georgia Southern, where he earned a B.S. in 1997. Young was invited to NFL training camps in 1998 and 1999, but did not sign with a team. He later played briefly in the Indoor Football League (IFL) with the Bismarck Blaze and Duluth-Superior Lumberjacks. Coaching career Young coached Alfred E. Brian Young (born July 8, 1977) is an American football coach and former player defensive tackle who is a defensive coach for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). Young played college football for the University of Texas at El Paso, and professionally for the St. Louis Rams and New Orleans Saints of the NFL. Brian Young (drummer)
Brian Young (born 1968) is an American drummer and music producer. He is best known as the drummer of the New York-based, Grammy-nominated power pop band Fountains of Wayne and Seattle-based alternative rock band The Posies. From 2012 to 2021 Young was the drummer for the Scottish alternative rock band The Jesus and Mary Chain. Early career Young was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Bethel Park. At the start of his teenage years, Young’s family moved to Prescott, Arizona, where Brian began playing drums. He attended Bradshaw Mountain High School, where he graduated in 1986. His first professional experience was filling in for his drum teacher at gigs, where other musicians expressed surprise at seeing a fifteen year-old kid show up to play. Brian Alexander Young (born September 29, 1949''Canadian Parliamentary Guide, 1984'', PG Normandin) is a former politician in Nova Scotia, Canada. He represented Cape Breton North in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1981 to 1993 as a Progressive Conservative member. He was born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, the son of James R. Young and Julia Therese Young, and educated at St. Francis Xavier University and Dalhousie University. He married Nancy Ann Wilkie in 1975. Young is president of Young's Topex Limited, which produces speciality steel products. Young established a foundation to promote organ donation which is named after his daughter Carmen, who died in 1992 after undergoing a double lung transplant.
