Brett Jones is an American singer, songwriter, and music publisher from Warm Springs, Georgia, United States, working in country music. He has had over one hundred songs recorded, including fourteen top ten hits and five number one hits. Jones signed a publishing deal with a company owned by country music singer Ronnie Milsap. His first top twenty hit came in 1995 with Confederate Railroad’s “When and Where ''When and Where'' is the third studio album by the American country music band Confederate Railroad. It was issued by Atlantic Records in 1995. Warm Springs is a city in Meriwether County, Georgia, United States. The population was 425 at the 2010 census. History Warm Springs, originally named Bullochville (after the Bulloch family, which began after Stephen Bullock moved to Meriwether County in 1806 from Edgecombe County, North Carolina), first came to prominence in the 19th century as a spa town, because of its mineral springs which flow constantly at nearly 90 °F (32 °C). Residents of Georgia, particularly Savannah, began spending vacations at Bullochville in the late 18th century as a way to escape yellow fever, finding the number of warm springs in the vicinity of Bullochville very attractive. Montgomery Gentry is an American country music duo founded by singers Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry, both Kentucky natives.
