Brett Hutton
Brett Alan Hutton (born 6 February 1993) is an English cricketer. Hutton is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium pace. He was born in Doncaster, Yorkshire and attended Worksop College in north Nottinghamshire where he was the recipient of a cricket scholarship. Hutton made his first-class debut for Nottinghamshire against the Marylebone Cricket Club in the Champion County match at the start of the 2011 season at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. In this match, he was dismissed in Nottinghamshire's first-innings by Steve Kirby for 9 runs, while in their second-innings he was dismissed for a duck by Mohammad Nabi. With the ball, he bowled a total of 18 wicket-less overs in the match. Later in that season he made his List A debut against Sri Lanka A. Doncaster (, ) is a city in South Yorkshire, England. Named after the River Don, it is the administrative centre of the larger City of Doncaster. Champion County Match
The Champion County match is a cricket match, traditionally played between the winner of the previous season's County Championship, and the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC). The match was played at Lord's Cricket Ground for many seasons, but from 2010 to 2017 it took place at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The 2018 match was played at the Kensington Oval ground in Bridgetown, Barbados. 2016 NatWest T20 Blast
The 2016 NatWest T20 Blast is the third season of the domestic T20 competition, run by the ECB, branded as the NatWest t20 Blast. The league consists of the 18 first-class county teams divided into two divisions of nine teams each with fixtures played between May and August. The final took place at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham on 20 August 2016. Competition format 18 teams competed for the T20 title. Teams were initially split into 2 divisions (North and South), each containing 9 teams, for the group stage of the competition. During the group stage (from May to July) each club plays 6 of the other teams in the same division twice, once at their home stadium and once at that of their opponents. The 2011 Clydesdale Bank 40 tournament was the second season of the ECB 40 limited overs cricket competition for the English and Welsh first-class counties. In addition to the 18 counties, Scotland and the Netherlands took part, as well as the Unicorns, a team of players who did not have first-class contracts. Lancashire County Cricket Club
Lancashire County Cricket Club represents the historic county of Lancashire in English cricket. The club has held first-class status since it was founded in 1864. Lancashire's home is Old Trafford Cricket Ground, although the team also play matches at other grounds around the county. Steve Kirby (cricketer)
Steven Kirby (born 4 October 1977) is an English retired first-class cricketer, and more recently a cricket coach. Kirby played for Yorkshire, Gloucestershire and Somerset, before retiring from playing in 2014. In 2020, he rejoined Somerset as their bowling coach. Career Early career Kirby started his career when he left school at the age of 16, initially on a YTS scheme at Leicestershire County Cricket Club having been discovered in his native Lancashire.
