Brennan Lee Mulligan
Brennan Lee Mulligan (born January 4, 1988) is an American comedian, actor, writer, and gamemaster. He has worked with CollegeHumor as a sketch writer and performer, and as gamemaster for their ''Dungeons & Dragons'' web series, ''Dimension 20'', as well as writing the superhero webcomic '' Strong Female Protagonist'' alongside artist Molly Ostertag. Early life Mulligan was born on January 4, 1988, in New York as the son of Elaine Lee and Joe Mulligan. He was introduced to the role-playing game ''Dungeons & Dragons'' by his mother at age nine, first gamemastering at age ten. In 2005, at 17 years old, Mulligan graduated from SUNY Ulster with an associate degree, having majored in philosophy/humanities. Gamemaster
A gamemaster (GM; also known as game master, game manager, game moderator, referee, or storyteller) is a person who acts as an organizer, officiant for regarding rules, arbitrator, and moderator for a multiplayer role-playing game. They are more common in co-operative games in which players work together than in competitive games in which players oppose each other. The act performed by a gamemaster is sometimes referred to as "Gamemastering" or simply "GM-ing". The role of a gamemaster in a traditional table-top role-playing game (pencil-and-paper role-playing game) is to weave the other participants' player-character stories together, control the non-player aspects of the game, create environments in which the players can interact, and solve any player disputes. A summer camp or sleepaway camp is a supervised program for children conducted during the summer months in some countries. Children and adolescents who attend summer camp are known as ''campers''. Critical Role
''Critical Role'' is an American web series in which a group of professional voice actors play ''Dungeons & Dragons''. The show started streaming partway through the cast's first campaign in March 2015. Campaign one ended in October 2017 after 115 episodes, and campaign two started in January 2018 and ended in June 2021 after 141 episodes. A number of one-shots were aired in the hiatus between the two campaigns. After campaign two was completed, the limited series ''Exandria Unlimited'' aired from June 2021 to August 2021.
