Breeze Of July
{{Use dmy dates, date=November 2014 ''Breeze of July'' ( zh, 七月好風) is a 2007 Hong Kong film directed by Stanley Tam and stars Monie Tung, Sammy Leung and Koo Kam-wah. Adapted from the short story by Hong Kong novelist Chan Wai, it is the feature debut of the experienced film editor and theatre veteran Stanley Tam. Plot Lan-Xian has just had her apartment reclaimed by the bank. She plans to move back in with her mother, but her mother dies just before she could talk to her. She moves in after her mother's funeral and lives with her aunt. She meets her childhood friend Da-Tou who now works as a civil engineer. Da-Tou then helps her to change all the light bulbs in her house. Lan-Xian then discovers that Da-Tou has been visiting her mother regularly while she has been away in Canada, he is so close to her mother that she gave him the house key. Monie Tung
Monie Tung (; born 26 November 1980) is a Hong Kong film and television entertainer, programme host and stage actress. Early life Tung started in the industry when she was 6 years old, appearing in the children's television show ''430 Space Shuttle''. She attended the Sheng Kung Hui Lam Woo Memorial Secondary School, and later graduated from the University of Hong Kong College of Arts (majoring in French literature). Career In 2004 she began her entertainment career. Beginning as a singer, she released her debut album ''Monie Monie''. She later became a film and television actress starring in many films of which her most significant works are ''My Mother Is a Belly Dancer'' and '' Whispers and Moans''. Sammy Leung
Sammy Leung Chi Kin is an actor under TVB, DJ, singer, and host for Commercial Radio Hong Kong. Life and career Leung was raised in Kwai Shing Estate, and received his secondary education at St. Stephen's College and La Salle College, graduating with a score of 25 (1A5B) in the HKCEE. He graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong's School of Journalism and Communication. He was invited to be a lecturer at his alma mater, teaching radio production and media studies, until he left in 2006 to pursue his radio career further. Leung tried out to become a DJ for Commercial Radio when he was studying at the New Asia College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Though also working part-time, he became a DJ, taking the name Kelvin at first. He then used his own English name and converted it to a Chinese translation as his DJ name, Sammy ().
