James Joseph Orr (born March 23, 1953) is a Canadian writer, director and producer of motion pictures. Orr's screenplay credits include ''Three Men and a Baby'', ''Tough Guys'' and '' Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit'', whilst his director credits include ''Mr. Destiny ''Mr. Destiny'' is a 1990 American fantasy comedy film starring James Belushi. American comedy films are comedy films produced in the United States. The genre is one of the oldest in American cinema; some of the first silent movies were comedies, as slapstick comedy often relies on visual depictions, without requiring sound.
