Brazilian Basketball Confederation
The Brazilian Basketball Confederation (Portuguese language, Portuguese: Confederação Brasileira de Basketball, CBB), also known as Basketball Brazil (Portuguese language, Portuguese: Basquete Brasil), is the Sports governing body, governing body of basketball in Brazil. The confederation represents Brazil in FIBA and FIBA Americas competitions. 2019 FIBA 3x3 World Cup – Women's Tournament
The 2019 FIBA 3x3 World Cup was held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The tournament consisted of 20 teams. Italy were the defending champions but were defeated in the Quarterfinals by France. The women's tournament of the 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup hosted in Bocaue, Philippines, was contested by 20 teams. The FIBA 3x3 World Cup is a 3x3 basketball tournament for national teams organized by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). The debut of the tournament then named as the FIBA 3x3 World Championship was held in August 2012 in Athens, Greece. The current champions are Serbia in the men's division and France in the women's division. There are two events in the tournament; one for men and another for women.
