Brayton Laster
Brayton Laster (born August 28, 2002), nicknamed The Pizza Man, is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 91 Toyota Camry for TC Motorsports. Racing career Early racing career Laster would start racing go-karts at the age of eight at the Indianapolis Speedrome. Four years later, he would move on to racing Ford Thunderbirds and other various types of stock cars. According to Laster's dad, Dane, he would describe Brayton's equipment as a Frankenstein-esque vehicle, saying that "There’s times where I look back and I feel bad about some of the stuff I put him in over the years. But he’s had to drive his heart out, he’s had to learn to work on it to get speed out of it." For most of his career, Laster has driven the No. 13 along with green paint, both racing superstitions that are rumored to give bad luck. Daytona International Speedway is a race track in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States. The ARCA Menards Series is an American stock car series, the premier division of the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA). It is considered a minor, semi-professional league of stock car racing, used as a feeder series into the three national touring series of NASCAR, and hosts events at a variety of track types including superspeedways, road courses, and dirt tracks. The series has had a longstanding relationship with NASCAR, including using former NASCAR Cup Series cars, hosting events in the same race weekend such as Daytona Speedweeks, and naming an award after NASCAR founder Bill France, Sr. However, the series was not officially affiliated with NASCAR until its buyout on April 27, 2018. The Clean Harbors 150 was a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series racing event at Knoxville Raceway in Iowa. Iowa Speedway is a 7/8-mile (1.4 km) paved oval motor racing track in Newton, Iowa, United States, approximately east of Des Moines. It has over 25,000 permanent seats as well as a unique multi-tiered RV viewing area along the backstretch. The Music City 200 is a annual ARCA Menards Series East race held at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville, Tennessee. The event has been part of the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East (previously the NASCAR Busch and Camping World East Series) schedules and has come and gone from both throughout its history. The ARCA Menards Series East (formerly Busch East Series, Busch North Series, Camping World East Series, and NASCAR K&N Pro Series East) is a regional stock car racing series owned and operated by the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) and the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR). Races are held at oval tracks ranging from in length and on two road courses, in length. Tim Goulet (born November 13, 1981) is an American professional stock car racing driver, crew chief, and team owner who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 31 Chevrolet for Rise Motorsports. He has previously worked as a crew member for Mike Harmon Racing, MBM Motorsports, and Jesse Iwuji Motorsports. The 2023 General Tire 150 was the 5th stock car race of the 2023 ARCA Menards Series season, and the 13th iteration of the event. The race was held on Friday, May 26, 2023, in Concord, North Carolina at Charlotte Motor Speedway, a 1.5 mile (2.4 km) permanent tri-oval shaped racetrack. The race was increased from 100 to 103 laps, due to a NASCAR overtime finish. Jesse Love, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would hold off the field on the final restart, and earned his 5th career ARCA Menards Series win, and his third consecutive win of the season. The 2023 BRANDT 200 was the first stock car race of the 2023 ARCA Menards Series season, and was the 60th running of the event. The race was held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, in Daytona Beach, Florida at Daytona International Speedway, a 2.5 mile (4 km) permanent tri-oval shaped asphalt superspeedway.
