Suszec (German ''Sussetz'') is a village in Pszczyna County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Suszec. It lies approximately north-west of Pszczyna and south-west of the regional capital Katowice. The village has a population of 4,491. In the area of the village there is the Parish of St. Stanislaus the Bishop and Martyr and Krupiński Coal Mine. In 2004. Suszec won the first edition of the competition "Beautiful Village of Silesian Voivodeship" in the category "most beautiful village".
